Notes on this record

  • Licence categories are not shown: FCNB's portal terms do not permit reuse of its register without written permission; names are from each brokerage's own roster.
  • Contact is the brokerage office only: phone is null for every person. Agents' own mobile numbers, emails and any licence numbers shown in brokerage directory data were not recorded. FCNB's register was not consulted (regulator block copied from the Moncton record, ca-moncton.json).
  • titleOnSite is the brokerage's own label; empty specialties/languages arrays mean not recorded, not "none".
  • People: 7 — Royal LePage Parkwood Realty 4, RE/MAX Professionals 3.
  • Royal LePage Parkwood Realty: 4 of the cards on the one-page Bathurst roster picked evenly (the owner's card, a card printed under a holding company name and one card whose name line did not parse were left out).
  • RE/MAX Professionals: remax.ca served normal pages (no challenge); all 3 cards on the Bathurst agent list whose primary office is the Bathurst office are listed; languages from remax.ca's directory record. Office phone/address from the remax.ca office page.
  • Only two brokerage offices in Bathurst were confirmed. Sutton has no Bathurst office (sutton.com's city office page is empty); c21.ca's office search renders by script and web searches found no Century 21, EXIT, Keller Williams or Coldwell Banker office in Bathurst. Keller Williams' Canadian site answered robots.txt with a Cloudflare challenge in the Moncton run, so it was not tried.

Source and terms

Prepared 2026-10-10.

Licence categories: Financial and Consumer Services Commission of New Brunswick (FCNB) — licenses real estate agents (brokerages), managers and salespersons under the Real Estate Agents Act. Its terms: FCNB's check-licence page (read 2026-10-09) says: "Real estate agents, managers and salespeople operating in New Brunswick must be licensed with the Commission and be members of the New Brunswick Real Estate Association (NBREA). Three types of licences are available: agent's licence, salesperson's licence and manager's licence." (In NB the 'agent' licence is the brokerage firm.) The two searches are entity lists on the FCNB Self-Serve Portal (portal.fcnb.ca), whose Terms of Use (last updated September 13, 2023; they govern "the Website, the FCNB Portal, and the Unclaimed Property Portal") state: "All design, functionality and content of the Services, including any images, and text, but not including any third-party personal information, is owned exclusively by FCNB, and may not be distributed, downloaded, modified, reused, reposted, or otherwise used in whole or in part, whether in text, graphical, audio, video or executable form, without the express written permission of FCNB." Under User Conduct: "you must not: (a) copy, modify, host, sublicense, or resell the Services, or content; (b) access or attempt to access the Services by any means other than the interface FCNB provides". Personal information is governed by the Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The fcnb.ca Legal page adds: "You may reproduce this information for personal, professional and educational use upon approval of the Commission" and "all requests for permission must be in writing". Neither document restricts linking. portal.fcnb.ca has no robots.txt (404); fcnb.ca/robots.txt disallows only Drupal system paths and /search/.

Names, licence categories and brokerages are published by the regulator; no personal phone number, personal email or home address is shown.
