Its terms: BCFSA Terms of Use (read via Wayback snapshot 2026-08-30; bcfsa.ca itself returned 403/503 to every automated request on 2026-10-09): "The Works may not be reproduced or redistributed in any form, in whole or in part, for commercial use, except with the written permission of BCFSA. BCFSA grants permission for the private or educational use of the Works without profit..." and, under No Unlawful or Prohibited Use, you will not "(e) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods". The Find a Professional page adds: "BCFSA provides this information as a public service... This is an unofficial search."
