• Licence categories are not shown: FCNB's portal terms do not permit reuse of its register without written permission; names are from each brokerage's own roster.
• Riverview has one brokerage office: Brunswick Royal Realty (13-567 Coverdale Rd), described by the Town of Riverview as the only real estate brokerage with an office in the town. Its own website's robots.txt disallows all crawlers not named in it, so its roster was not read and no people are listed. Its leaders Brandon Carson and Brodie Lewis are named by the Town, not by a brokerage roster, so they are kept in the brokerage note only.
• Riverview is part of Greater Moncton: buyers and sellers are mostly served by the Moncton/Dieppe brokerages in ca-moncton (Royal LePage Atlantic, RE/MAX Avante, RE/MAX Quality, EXIT Realty Associates, Century 21 Generation). royallepage.ca lists no agent profiles under Riverview; remax.ca's Riverview agent directory returned an empty 202, so it was not used.

Licence categories: Financial and Consumer Services Commission of New Brunswick (FCNB) — licenses real estate agents (brokerages), managers and salespersons under the Real Estate Agents Act. Its terms: FCNB's check-licence page (read 2026-10-09) says: "Real estate agents, managers and salespeople operating in New Brunswick must be licensed with the Commission and be members of the New Brunswick Real Estate Association (NBREA). Three types of licences are available: agent's licence, salesperson's licence and manager's licence." (In NB the 'agent' licence is the brokerage firm.) The two searches are entity lists on the FCNB Self-Serve Portal (portal.fcnb.ca), whose Terms of Use (last updated September 13, 2023; they govern "the Website, the FCNB Portal, and the Unclaimed Property Portal") state: "All design, functionality and content of the Services, including any images, and text, but not including any third-party personal information, is owned exclusively by FCNB, and may not be distributed, downloaded, modified, reused, reposted, or otherwise used in whole or in part, whether in text, graphical, audio, video or executable form, without the express written permission of FCNB." Under User Conduct: "you must not: (a) copy, modify, host, sublicense, or resell the Services, or content; (b) access or attempt to access the Services by any means other than the interface FCNB provides". Personal information is governed by the Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The fcnb.ca Legal page adds: "You may reproduce this information for personal, professional and educational use upon approval of the Commission" and "all requests for permission must be in writing". Neither document restricts linking. portal.fcnb.ca has no robots.txt (404); fcnb.ca/robots.txt disallows only Drupal system paths and /search/.
