Il est notamment strictement interdit de dresser des listes de courtiers et d'agences à partir de ce registre, sous peine d'en perdre l'accès. L'interrogation répétée du registre accessible par Internet sur une courte période de temps, fera présumer qu'il y a tentative de constituer une telle liste et entraînera la perte immédiate d'accès au registre.
