Notes on this record
- Licence categories are not shown: FCNB's portal terms do not permit reuse of its register without written permission; names are from each brokerage's own roster.
- Contact is the brokerage office only: phone is null for every person. Agents' own mobile numbers, emails and any licence numbers shown in brokerage directory data were not recorded. FCNB's register was not consulted (regulator block copied from the Moncton record, ca-moncton.json).
- titleOnSite is the brokerage's own label; empty specialties/languages arrays mean not recorded, not "none".
- People: 7 — RE/MAX Hartford Realty Inc. 5, CENTURY 21 All Seasons Realty NB 2.
- RE/MAX Hartford Realty: remax.ca served normal pages (no challenge); 5 of the 6 Woodstock-office cards on the Woodstock agent list picked evenly; languages from remax.ca's directory record. Office phone/address from the remax.ca office page.
- CENTURY 21 All Seasons Realty NB: office confirmed on c21.ca's office page; its own site's agent directory renders by script (no names in the page), so the 2 people listed are c21.ca agent profiles found by web search and opened to confirm the Woodstock office. The office page's 'Secondary' number is the owner's cell, so only the main line is given.
- Sutton has no Woodstock (NB) office (sutton.com's city office page is empty). Region is Woodstock, New Brunswick (Carleton County), not Woodstock, Ontario (ca-woodstock).
Source and terms
Prepared 2026-10-10.
Licence categories: Financial and Consumer Services Commission of New Brunswick (FCNB) — licenses real estate agents (brokerages), managers and salespersons under the Real Estate Agents Act. Its terms: FCNB's check-licence page (read 2026-10-09) says: "Real estate agents, managers and salespeople operating in New Brunswick must be licensed with the Commission and be members of the New Brunswick Real Estate Association (NBREA). Three types of licences are available: agent's licence, salesperson's licence and manager's licence." (In NB the 'agent' licence is the brokerage firm.) The two searches are entity lists on the FCNB Self-Serve Portal (portal.fcnb.ca), whose Terms of Use (last updated September 13, 2023; they govern "the Website, the FCNB Portal, and the Unclaimed Property Portal") state: "All design, functionality and content of the Services, including any images, and text, but not including any third-party personal information, is owned exclusively by FCNB, and may not be distributed, downloaded, modified, reused, reposted, or otherwise used in whole or in part, whether in text, graphical, audio, video or executable form, without the express written permission of FCNB." Under User Conduct: "you must not: (a) copy, modify, host, sublicense, or resell the Services, or content; (b) access or attempt to access the Services by any means other than the interface FCNB provides". Personal information is governed by the Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The fcnb.ca Legal page adds: "You may reproduce this information for personal, professional and educational use upon approval of the Commission" and "all requests for permission must be in writing". Neither document restricts linking. portal.fcnb.ca has no robots.txt (404); fcnb.ca/robots.txt disallows only Drupal system paths and /search/.
Names, licence categories and brokerages are published by the regulator; no personal phone number, personal email or home address is shown.
