Notes on this record
How the lists were read, and what could not be.
- Ridings covering the municipality (share of its land area on a sample grid, not population — Represent census subdivision outline vs Élections Québec's 2026 riding map): Robert-Baldwin 99.8%. Slivers under 3.0% ignored: Marquette 0.1%, Saint-Laurent 0.1%, Jacques-Cartier 0.0%.
- Robert-Baldwin: Brigitte Garceau (PLQ/QLP) elected with 19,984 votes, 65.05%, ahead of Axel Lellouche (PCOQ, 15.15%) by 15,331 votes (49.9 points). Brigitte Garceau was an outgoing MNA (re-elected).
- Results are validated: Source flags isResultatsFinaux=true for all 127 ridings (official results after the recensement des votes), last updated 2026-10-08T10:13:52,000-04:00. Élections Québec states the Rapport des résultats officiels du scrutin prevails over web content; judicial recounts, if any, are not reflected here.
- Riding map: Élections Québec's 2026 map (https://donnees.electionsquebec.qc.ca/autres/geojson/circ_2026_sanseau.json, 127 ridings). Represent (represent.opennorth.ca) carries only the 2017 Quebec map (used in 2018 and 2022); its 2017 riding at this centre is Robert-Baldwin.
- Municipal: council (one Mayor, eight Councillors (Districts 1–8)) from https://ville.ddo.qc.ca/ma-ville/conseil/membres-du-conseil-et-districts-electoraux/, retrieved 2026-10-09; non-partisan (no party printed). Last municipal general election 2025-11-02, held province-wide in Quebec (https://www.quebec.ca/gouvernement/gestion-municipale/organisation-municipale/democratie-municipale/elections-municipales/elections-2025). Phone numbers on the page not copied. The top-level 'election' remains the 2026 Quebec general election; municipal rows carry their own election object. The page prints names surname-first ('Bottausci, Alex') under 'Maire' and 'District N' headings only; office titles other than 'Maire' are not printed, so councillors are given as 'Conseiller·Conseillère' (no gendered title guessed). FLAG: Valérie Assouline (District 6) was elected MNA for Saint-Laurent on 2026-10-05 (this record's provincial rows); the DDO page still lists her on 2026-10-09 — a sitting MNA cannot keep a council seat, so expect a vacancy/by-election in District 6.
