Notes on this record
How the lists were read, and what could not be.
- Dryden's /local region is the whole city; Dryden elects its Mayor and six Councillors at large.
- Certified list from dryden.ca's Elections — Candidates page ('certified by the City Clerk on August 24, 2026'; retrieved 2026-10-09), cross-checked against the City's 2026-08-24 news post 'City of Dryden Confirms Certified Candidates List'. The two spell two names differently: the news post has 'Lawryniuk, Dennis' and 'Noel, Ritchie', the candidates page 'Lawrynuik, Dennis' and 'Noel, Ritch'; the candidates page and council page ('Councillor Ritch Noel') spellings are used. Councillor Noel is the same person in both.
- Mayor Jack Harrison and Councillors Bill Latham, Bryan Tardiff, Catherine Kiewning, Ritch Noel and Michelle Price are running again; Councillor Martin MacKinnon is not on the list. No seat was acclaimed.
- The candidates page carries candidate-written bios (not used for standsFor under this pass's rules) and almost no contact details; the one email given looks personal and is left null. Sitting council and official @dryden.ca emails from the Council & Mayor page (2026-10-09).
