Notes on this record
How the lists were read, and what could not be.
- Keswick is a community in the Town of Georgina, not a municipality. This record carries the town-wide Mayor and Regional Councillor races and ONLY Wards 1, 2 and 3, whose 2018 boundary maps (georgina.ca/municipal-government/mayor-and-council/ward-boundaries) cover Keswick; Ward 4 (Sutton/Jackson's Point) and Ward 5 (Pefferlaw area) are omitted. jurisdiction.name is Georgina.
- Certified list: Town Clerk's List of Certified Candidates dated 2026-08-24 (PDF, retrieved 2026-10-09). The list gives names only; candidate websites/emails not captured.
- Ward 4 Councillor Dale Genge (certified as "Dale Kerr Genge") is running for Mayor against Mayor Margaret Quirk; she is included because the mayoral race is town-wide, though her current seat is outside Keswick.
- No race in this record was acclaimed. Every sitting member included is on the certified list.
- Sitting members' official emails are not listed on the Mayor and Council page (appointments go through the Executive Assistant), so they are null.
