Notes on this record
How the lists were read, and what could not be.
- Pembroke's /local region is the whole city; Pembroke elects its Mayor and six Councillors at large.
- Certified list from pembroke.ca's Elections page ('Official List of Nominations', updated 2026-08-24; PDF 'City of Pembroke 2026 Municipal and School Board Election List of Certified Candidates' linked from it; retrieved 2026-10-09). No council seat was acclaimed; three trustee seats were (Leo Boland, Robert Michaud, Daniel Levasseur — not carried).
- Deputy Mayor Brian Abdallah is a certified candidate for Mayor against Mayor Ron Gervais. Councillors Ian Kuehl, Andrew Plummer and Troy Purcell are running again; Councillors Ed Jacyno and Patricia Lafreniere are not on the list.
- Sitting council and official @pembroke.ca emails from the Council Members page (2026-10-09). The candidate list prints some phone numbers — not copied. Candidate websites were taken from the list; several were wrapped in Outlook 'safelinks' redirects and are given here as the underlying address. Candidate emails kept only where on a campaign domain or plainly a campaign mailbox; Ron Gervais's listed campaign email differs between its link and its text, so it is not used.
