Notes on this record

How the lists were read, and what could not be.

  • Federal and provincial representatives only, from a Represent point lookup at the city centre. The municipal council and any candidates are not yet captured.
  • Municipal council added 2026-10-09 from https://www.stjohns.ca/your-government/mayor-and-council/ (whole council, 11; emails from each member page). The Deputy Mayor is directly elected in St. John's. The /local centre point is in Ward 4.
  • Election date: the city's elections page (https://www.stjohns.ca/your-government/elections/) says the current council 'was elected on October 8, 2025'; the Province's 2025 municipal circulars give October 2, 2025 as general election day, and a separate provincial 'General Election 2025 Deferral Order' (scanned, unreadable) exists — the city's own date is used here; verify.
  • Provincial member added 2026-10-09 from the House of Assembly (51st General Assembly, elected 2025-10-14) member list: the riding containing the /local centre point is Mount Scio (point-in-boundary via Represent's current boundary set; the person is sourced from the legislature).
