Notes on this record
How the lists were read, and what could not be.
- Saint-Romuald is a former municipality / sector now inside Lévis; the riding is the one containing the /local centre point (666 m from the riding edge). Other parts of the sector may lie in neighbouring ridings.
- Lévis: Karine Laflamme (PCOQ) elected with 15,375 votes, 38.53%, ahead of Yanick Godbout (PQ, 22.24%) by 6,500 votes (16.29 points). Outgoing MNA Bernard Drainville (ÉCF-CAQ) ran here and was defeated, placing 3 of 7 with 17.13%.
- Results are validated: Source flags isResultatsFinaux=true for all 127 ridings (official results after the recensement des votes), last updated 2026-10-08T10:13:52,000-04:00. Élections Québec states the Rapport des résultats officiels du scrutin prevails over web content; judicial recounts, if any, are not reflected here.
- Riding map: Élections Québec's 2026 map (https://donnees.electionsquebec.qc.ca/autres/geojson/circ_2026_sanseau.json, 127 ridings). Represent (represent.opennorth.ca) carries only the 2017 Quebec map (used in 2018 and 2022); its 2017 riding at this centre is Lévis.
- Municipal council from Ville de Lévis's council page — the city Mayor + the councillor for District 9, Saint-Romuald (https://levis.ca/fr/ville/conseil-municipal/membres-du-conseil-municipal, retrieved 2026-10-09). Party = the municipal party each member was elected under, as printed on the city's 2025 results page (https://levis.ca/fr/ville/organisation-municipale/elections); share = % of votes from that page. Last municipal general election 2025-11-02 (confirmed on that page; next 2029-11-04). The record-level election field is left as the 2026 provincial election; council rows carry the 2025 municipal election. Emails are the official @ville.levis.qc.ca addresses on the council page. Saint-Romuald is a former town merged into Lévis in 2002 (Arrondissement des Chutes-de-la-Chaudière-Est); District 9 is the electoral district named for it. The district may not match the former town's limits exactly.
